Qanazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n qar\u015f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn d\u0259mir, fol tur\u015fusu, B12, sink, A vitamini il\u0259 z\u0259ngin m\u0259hsullar qida rasionunun \u0259sas\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259\u015fkil etm\u0259lidir.
