COVID-19-a g\u0259ldikd\u0259 is\u0259 bu m\u00fcdd\u0259t \u0259rzind\u0259 ba\u015fa d\u00fc\u015fd\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fcz odur ki, bu x\u0259st\u0259liy\u0259 qalib g\u0259lm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn y\u00fcks\u0259k immun sistemin\u0259 sahib olmal\u0131y\u0131q. Amma unutmamal\u0131y\u0131q ki , orqanizm tarazl\u0131qda qorunub saxlan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. V\u0259 ya bilirik ki, COVID-19 zaman\u0131 laxtalanma prosesl\u0259rini artmas\u0131n\u0131n n\u0259tic\u0259si \u00e7ox t\u0259hl\u00fck\u0259li ola bil\u0259r. \u00dcr\u0259k damar sitemi \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan, m\u0259d\u0259-ba\u011f\u0131rsaq probleml\u0259ri ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n zaman\u0131nda qida v\u0259 maye q\u0259bulu sa\u011flaml\u0131q c\u0259h\u0259td\u0259n \u00e7ox \u00f6n\u0259mlidir.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>&#8211; Ramazanda n\u0259 q\u0259d\u0259r su i\u00e7m\u0259liyik?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Su orqanizm \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u0259n vacib qida amill\u0259rind\u0259n biridir. B\u0259li su qida amilidir. Madd\u0259l\u0259r m\u00fcbadil\u0259si zaman\u0131 \u0259m\u0259l\u0259 g\u0259l\u0259n ara madd\u0259l\u0259r \u00e7ox g\u00fccl\u00fc z\u0259h\u0259rl\u0259yici x\u00fcsusiyy\u0259tl\u0259r\u0259 malik olan birl\u0259\u015fm\u0259l\u0259r olub, insan orqanizminin h\u0259yat\u0131 funksiyalar\u0131n\u0131 poza bil\u0259r. G\u00fcnd\u0259lik q\u0259bul etdiyimiz maye miqdar\u0131n\u0131n 40-50%-ni imsak zaman\u0131 q\u0259bul ets\u0259k iftar zaman\u0131na kimi b\u0259d\u0259nimiz\u0259 yard\u0131m\u00e7\u0131 olmu\u015f olar\u0131q.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>&#8211; \u0130msak v\u0259 iftarda t\u00f6vsiy\u0259 olunmayan qidalar hans\u0131lard\u0131r?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; N\u0259inki Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n imsak\u0131nda, el\u0259c\u0259 d\u0259 adi g\u00fcnl\u0259rd\u0259 bel\u0259 s\u0259h\u0259r yem\u0259yi m\u00fctl\u0259q yeyilm\u0259lidir. \u018fsas\u0259n d\u0259 g\u00fcn boyu enerjiy\u0259 ehtiyac\u0131 olan i\u015f adamlar\u0131 buna \u0259m\u0259l etm\u0259lidirl\u0259r. Ona g\u00f6r\u0259 d\u0259 imsakda insana enerji ver\u0259c\u0259k qidalar\u0131n q\u0259bul edilm\u0259si vacibdir. Bu bax\u0131mdan imsakda ilk n\u00f6vb\u0259d\u0259 duzlu qidalar\u0131 rasiyondan \u00e7\u0131xarmaq laz\u0131md\u0131r.
